our process:
I. Initial Consultation
We begin our process with a virtual consultation where you meet the team and share your vision. We'll discuss your expectations, stylistics preferences, locations and dates. This will also be the time to review the packages we offer and any special requests you may have.
II. Planning and Preparation
Based on our consultations, we'll scout the location and create a plan to capture your vision. For weddings, we'll also require the schedule of the wedding day, and recommend a follow up call to go over final details prior to the big day. The deposit and signed contract are required prior to this step.
III. The Big Day
On the day of your shoot, our team will work seamlessly to capture every candid and posed moment. We strive to create a comfortable and relaxed environment, allowing you to enjoy the experience while we capture the day.
IV. Editing & Review
We carefully edit and enhance the best shots to bring out the beauty and emotion of your moments. Once completed, you’ll receive access to an online gallery where you can view your images, create favourite lists, and download them. If there's something you think we can do differently, we offer revisions as part of our packages.

Will there be a second Photographer?
A second photographer can be very helpful in speeding up setup while also capturing different angles and candids. We can arrange for a second photographer at an additional cost.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
The session can be extended the day of, conditions permitting. If we are unsatisfied with the results, we may ask to extend the session, free of charge. Please do not hesitate to ask.
Do I have to order prints through you?
I can take care of small prints and photo albums for an added cost, however, I provide full quality images to you as standard service, which gives you the flexibility to print at a later time. The choice is yours!
Payments and Deposits
- We accept payments/deposits through Cash and E-Transfer.
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm bookings, and is expected with the signed contract.
Cancelations
Things Happen! Cancelations can be made for any reason (we don't need to know why!).
A refund will be issued if we're informed 2 weeks before the reservation date. We hold on to the deposit.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
We would be open to shoot destination wedding if all expenses are covered for the required stay and at no additional charges. Let's discuss!
